Το περασμένο Σάββατο ολοκληρώθηκε το φεστιβάλ Sundance 2014 που διεξήχθει – όπως και κάθε χρόνο – στο Park City της Utah. Χαρακτηριστικό του φετινού φεστιβάλ είναι ότι οι εντυπώσεις μοιράστηκαν μεταξύ πολλών ταινιών, χωρίς κάποια να έχει ξεχωρίσει ιδιαίτερα.
Πάντως αν κάποια ταινία δημιούργησε λίγο περισσότερο ντόρο απο τις άλλες, αυτή ήταν το “Whiplash”, η δραματική ταινία του Damien Chazelle που εστιάζει σε ένα drummer της jazz και τον βάναυσο εκπαιδευτή του. Αξια αναφοράς είναι επίσης και η sci-fi ταινία “I Origins” του Mike Cahill, με πρωταγωνιστές τους Michael Pitt, Brit Marling και Astrid Bergès-Frisbey.
